payments

Online payments are taken via credit card or ACH through Stripe in local US currency. Payments made in person are taken via cash or credit/debit card through Square. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.

installments and deposits

Original paintings over $2,000 may be paid for in installments. By purchasing, you understand that a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your artwork. The balance due can be paid in full either the following month or in 2 monthly payments of 25% each. Upon payment in full, your new artwork will be shipped to you. The usual shipping costs and return policy will apply. Please contact me to make arrangements or with any questions.

 

shipping

when will paintings ship?

Original paintings will be packed and shipped within 5 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Paintings that are “fresh off the easel” will require time to dry before handling and will be noted in the listing. If additional drying time is needed, I will email you an estimated time frame. This is often ~2 weeks, but it can be as long as 4 weeks depending on the thickness of the paint.

Within the United States, pieces are sent by USPS, UPS, or DHL depending on size and weight. Most US deliveries arrive within 5 business days from time of shipping. Please allow 10 business days in total.

Expedited shipping is available – please contact me prior to ordering to make arrangements.

when will prints ship?

All prints are made to order and inspected by me. I will then sign your print, pack, and ship your new piece to you. Within the United States, pieces are sent by USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on size and weight. Most US deliveries arrive within 5 business days from time of shipping. Please allow 14 business days in total.

local pickup / delivery

I’d love to meet you! If you live in or are staying in the Atlanta, Georgia area I would be delighted to deliver your new artwork personally. Please make note at checkout, and I will contact you to arrange a time to meet (and refund your shipping charges).

what are the shipping costs?

Estimated shipping costs are included at checkout, based on the size and weight of the artwork, and include insurance.

Please note: If the actual cost of shipping is significantly more than quoted, I reserve the right to discuss this with you and refuse the sale. If the cost of shipping is significantly less, expect a refund!

large artwork

Large pieces may be required to be sent by freight due to their size and weight; this will be noted in the listing. Shipping costs for large artwork will be quoted individually – please reach out prior to placing your order. I will contact you to discuss shipping or freight options. If you first purchase online in order to secure the painting, the shipping costs will be billed separately after agreement.

 

international shipping

International Shipping has been temporarily suspended.

I can ship to most countries, although it will take longer to arrive depending on your location. Overseas shipments outside of the US may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. I have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges. Shipping costs contribute towards packing supplies, labor, and fees.

original paintings

I want you to absolutely love your new artwork so I offer a return agreement, less shipping costs.

​

If a painting is not as you expected, you have 7 days from delivery to contact me by email to request a return. When a return has been agreed upon, you are responsible for packing, insuring, and arranging the return delivery within 3 business days. Once the piece has been safely returned in it’s original condition and showing no signs of damage, I will refund your payment, less shipping costs, within 14 days.

Please carefully unpack and retain all packaging until you have decided that you are happy with your purchase.

prints

Unfortunately I do not accept returns on prints. Each print is custom made for you and to the size you request. Please check the size is as you wish before placing your order – and remember that framing will typically add 3-5” all around.

damage

All work is carefully wrapped, packed, and includes shipping insurance. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, keep all packaging and contact me within 7 days. Please take photos of the artwork in full, area(s) of damage, and the shipping box.

 

international returns

At this time I am unable to accept returns or offer a refund on any items sent outside of the United States.
